Hi, sounds to me like it’s internal scar tissue from the biopsy and lumpectomy and all the nerves knitting back together. I’m 18 months post lumpectomy and I still get pain in my breast and under arm.
Plus chemo can cause aches and pains, It’s probably nothing but give your breast care nurse a call if you’re worried.
